What exactly is rally obedience?
Rally obedience is a dog sport that combines elements from obedience training and competition with elements of precision and speed. In rally obedience, the dog and its handler follow a course consisting of different signs that indicate different exercises or steps to be performed. These steps can include things like sit, lie down, stand, recall, fetch and different types of compliance and obedience.
The handler and dog go through the course in a set order, and the handler gives commands and signals to guide the dog through each step. Both the handler's and the dog's ability to cooperate, precision and obedience are assessed by the judges. Rally obedience is a popular activity for dog owners who want to train and compete with their dogs in a fun and interactive way.
Here you have a simple app with all the signs for rally obedience that allows you to start training rally obedience at home with your dog.
The signs are grouped according to their classes and it is very easy to browse through the classes and signs.
